Sorry if this was already discussed (I did a search of the site and couldn't find my answer), but does anyone know what is going to take the place of the old GCC Northeast 4? I have noticed construction crews, but no signs as to what is to come. Thanks for the info!

I think Social Security is relocating there from Bustleton Ave.

Yeh, that's what I heard too. You can tell it's a govt. contract judging by the snail's pace that the work is progressing...

30th street, south of market, the postal service is vacating that site for a new home. A shame for the IRS people that work here on the blvd., as it is a pain in the neck driving around 30th street on a good day.
