Just want to warn my fellow philadelphians, never use
Allied Land transfer , Inc on 13000 Bustelton ave[forget the exact addy]

In May I sold my home privatley not through a real estate. So the couple that purchased it got that title company to do the tranfer and hold a few escrow accounts. One for me and one for me to pay them if I had to remain in my house after the title tranfer date. And for the attorney there to do some legal work for me.....long story short~
He did the legal work for me but not without emailing , and the couple getting on his butt[and me]. Now I gave this company ample time to return all monies due back to me from these escrow accounts... Finally after much "I must wait at least 6-8 weeks" its been about 4 months, I got results after I told him I am seeking legal help to find out what I can do.
He took his fee immediatly for his services but was extra slow returning my money. I have yet to get it , its coming so well see.
But dont use this place if you are setting up any escrow accounts.
