Okay, got the Nevada tags off the car and back to the Pennsy tags. Now, where can I go (Mayfair or Tacony) to get the Subaru inspected and smogged without getting ripped off?
Would appreciate any help/suggestions.

I like Mayfair Tire on Frankford and Knorr
