Default fresh seafood

Where in the NE can I buy fresh fish and other seafood? I mean, apart from my local supermarket? Any fishmongers?

I cant recall the name of the store, or the street it is on. I can give you directions though. If you are coming from the northeast travel south on the boulevard, turn right on Adams ave. then make first right after shopping center, go past stop sign then it is on the left.

Hmmm. So it's on Adams Ave. Is it a large supermarket in a strip of mainly Asian stores? I think I know where this is. I get Vietnamese take out close by.

Default Seafood

There are a couple that I know about, however; I have not been in any of them in a while. There is a place next to Dattillo's at Bustleton and Rhawn about two stores down. I think it is called Hesh's, then there is Captain's Choice on Frankford Ave just below Tyson. There used to be an Ippolitos seafood on Holme Ave right at the circle but I do not know if it is still there.

I think that's Bralow's on Bustleton Avenue. They have a decent selection, not quite Reading Terminal, but not bad, and it's fresh.

Ippolito's on Holme is gone but still in SP, they are to me the best second choice would be Capts Choice.

The produce store next to Wilson's Meats, I think it's called Apple King, has a nice fish counter in the back. There is also a tiny fish store hidden in Bridesburg on Orthodox Street.

Scoats, where is Wilson's? Aramingo? And the fish store in Bridesburg - around where on Orthodox. I hope you're not talking about the bait shop.
Thanks. Fish from supermarkets just never tastes good to me.
