I cannot stand fishy smell in some Asian food mart but Japanese food markets are usually cleaner and neatly organized.
Somebody should open up Japanese food mart in Franklin Mall or on Frankford Avenue.

There is a Korean supermarket, Han Ah Reum, on Cheltenham and Rt 611 that offers a nice selection. You'll find some items there since some Japanese and Korean foods are similar. They are a big chain with stores in many states. It's clean, too.

Another one is Assi on Welsh Road in North Wales. Another very clean market.
