I just watched as a woman walking a huge dog stumbled down onto her knees. Someone is going to get seriously hurt. Can anyone please point me in the right direction on who to call.

Its not in front of her house..its on Leon Street it belongs to the corner property it has been dug up since the end of July. The problem is it is a street that doesnt have parking on that side so the older people walking along and kids on bikes either have to step out into traffic or try to cross the rubble.
