I guess for some yes. If they are that lucky to have that much free time. But, for us we never frequented the musuems, ballpark and theaters. At least NOT EVERY day (I doubt that you use them everyday too). I mean, once ya see a museum there really is no need to go back again unless they get something new. Or it's been many years. And besides that, you couldn't possibly find time EVERY day to go to the theater, a museum or a game. Not when you're working and stuff. So, yeah, those things are great to have. But, we are just as happy taking a day trip to visit them.

Default summer concerts

I just got back from Tacony's Summer Concert, at Disston Park and I had a ball, joking with the patron's, selling 50/50's for my deprived civic association singing along to the DooWOP Band. `My kids helped learning the goodness in citizenship. All ages, colors and backgrounds and I was home in less than 5 minutes included the stop off at espositos waterice.

I am not blind, but I think it will get worse before it gets better, but I love it non the less. I think a republican can make a big difference simply because they are not affliated with the democrats, it's just appalling how corrupt they are in this city. Not saying Republicans are any better, they just have a heck of alot more to prove, just to get a decent chance.

The city is anti-grow, anti-small business, and Republicans can help dismantle get some of union strangle hold off, there is not reason why unions and non- can not co-exist.

Cammy,
Sounds like it was a great time! I'm sure Mike McGeehan was there taking the opportunity to meet and talk with his constituents about the issues in the 173rd District. Were you fortunate enough to talk with Mike? Were you able to ask him where he lives?
