ACE, I work in Society Hill 2 days a week now. It's interesting to see how that neighborhood has evolved away from burglar bars and security fences. The older new houses (from 1960 and 70s) were much more fortified. I try to think and hope that things like that run in cycles and hope the upside will come around eventually.

Thanks Scoats. I know if your head and shoulders can fit through it they can come through. They were actually sending little kids in those basement windows, and having them go through the basement up to unlock the door. That happened to my friend so they had the bars put on the basement window. I worry about a fire. Oh it will take alot more than that to kick us out. LOL You know that.
There is no doubt if crack addicts think there is something of value in that flower box they'll be up there somehow. Maybe also set a trap, Dragonfly.
I'm messing around. That is a good idea.
