Hey Mayfairchick, I noticed a house for rent today as a matter of fact. It is on the corner of Brous Ave. and I think Knorr Street. If you are going south on Brous Ave. from Tyson, it is on the left hand side. I'm not sure if it is close enough to St. Matts for your friend and I'm not sure what the rent is. It is a nice corner property with a deck out back. I have noticed it in the past, how nice is was kept. Your friend may want to check it out.

Ahhhhh I know where it is now, I forgot about that little area, but they really want to be in St. Matts where they are now.

Thanks Ill let them know, I think the best bet may be to drive around looking for a for rent sign as so many people do it privately.

I'll keep my eye out for rent signs. Usually I only see apartment signs for rent... I heard in Tacony, you can rent a three bedroom for $700. So maybe Mayfair homes for rent are also around that much.

I htink they are paying 800-850 now but they have a crazy landlady and need to move as soon as the lease is up. They do need or want a yard since they have a dog.

there is nice place for rent on the 7100 block of Jackson St. Just below Cottman ave. I think the address is like 7148 Jackson st. There is a sign on the lawn. I think that maybe considered St. Bernard's but it is right along Cottman, I am sure the kids could still go to St Matt's. Good Luck
