Nothing worse than having a bad neighbor huh? And that's a shame the place is such a mess. But that is why it is so cheap and they don't raise your rent.

Maybe you might want to go over to the Artur Real Estate office on Frankford Avenue. I don't think it will cost you anything. Who knows they might be able to put you on list if there ever comes anything in or around your price range.

Do yo want to live in this area? Maybe you should try down in Richmond or in Bridgesburg, you may have some luck getting a better place for a low rent.
