well I was walking over howell the other day. This car passes me stops at the intersection. Then the passenger sticks his head out the window, looks at me and starts howling like an animal. The driver keeps going with this guys head still out the window for about three blocks until they turn down tulip street.
He must have been on something.
Its one of the strangest things I've seen recently.

Sounds scary.

Thats a common occurance with things like that around Moss playground. I guess its creepin to your area now.

I wouldn't say its scary. Its entertaining. Who wants to live in a boring nice neighborhood.
