My boyfriend and I are looking for a place in NE Philly. We like the areas around Pennypack park, especially Fox Chase, Rhawnhurst, and Pennypack. Bustleton is probably ok too. We looked at some of those complexes, and we weren't too into them. I'm looking on Craigslist everyday as well. Here are our requirements:

Washer and Dryer in unit, or in basement if its house (free, not coin-op)
Dishwasher
Central Air
Garbage Disposal
Eat In Kitchen
1-2 bedrooms
Cats allowed (2- altered, and well behaved)
LOTS of storage space
Bathroom with a Tub
Yard/Balcony/Patio/etc.
Parking for Two Cars
up to $750 a month

PS - we really don't want to live in one of those massive complex things (Korman communities, fountain gardens, etc.) Someplace unique is more our style.
