Hi. I parked my car at Temple University on Cecil B. Moore St. on Wednesday Sept. 5th, on the north side of the street, facing broad, almost at the corner of Cecil and Broad. I think it was moved when they were doing contruction on either thursday or friday. PPA has no records of it being towed and I don't know where it is. They said that it was probably moved within a mile radius. It is a Gold, 1996 Jeep Cherokee with skate stickers on the windows. It has super dark tints and chrome wheels.
