Does anyone know whether this is even a possibility?

I'm not terribly concerned whether it's a food truck or a restaurant, but if there's anything creative or interesting that's out there, it would be good to know about.

There are plenty of trucks that do veggie/vegan foods. Try 12th St., in front of the Bio building, south of Norris Street.

no but i found a great one on Penn's campus it is called magic carpet it is a food truck on spruce between 35 and 34th sorry about temple i no there is one just not sure of where
