I love this. Why is it that when a gang on the West Coast starts a gang that is taken over by cities such as Philly and New York it's "stealing," but when Los Angeles gains fame in music that New York started it's all good?

Where's the "s" at the end of Rollins? Maybe it means "Rollin' 20s." Common saying in gang language but I'm not sure what it means. I see after the "20" there's an apostrophe and then an "s." I don't think it's a Phillies shirt.
