In their defense, gangs try to stay away from the bigger cities. At least, that's what current trends show. They are looking for smaller towns with less police, little intelligence, and lots of new territory.

A plain white tee is what cops refer to jokingly as the "uniform of the day". It's not neccessarrily a gang thing, more of a street thing. They're cheap and come in multi-packs. And when the cops pull up on the corner, you got 5 guys in white tees scattering in different directions. Kind of tough to get the right one if they're all looking the same.

It's not lacking any meat and thats what real women need.

People unfamiliar with my neighborhood, on hearing where i live, will often tell me "ohh man, the Tiny Rascal Gang owns that block. That must be pretty scary."

It took me a month to figure out what the TRG was - it's a Cambodian gang active in Long Beach, CA.

My wife and I laughed our a**es off for 20 minutes after that revelation. Maybe they're active over in that 5th/6th/7th corridor in SP or up around the Boulevard but definitely not here.
