Hi. I am looking for a Dominican Hair Care Salon or a salon specializing in black hair care that is affordable. When I say affordable I mean under $40 for a wash and set. Does not have to be in the North Philly area but does need to be accessible to mass transit. I'd like to know about hours/days of operation, do I need to make an appointment or are walk-ins cool, how long a wait is typically, what type of products are used, price range, is there a stylist that you like in particular or one to avoid and anything else you think someone should know before getting there. If I can also get an exact address and phone number that would be great. Thanks.
