We found a mouse in our grill once, too. We heard faint noises, but thought it was leaves rustling in the yard. So we lit the grill and the little sucker jumped out and took off like a shot. Never had that happen again and I'm surprised we ever did, given the 2 big cats that dominate our yard and house.

We surmised that maybe the mice like to hang out in grills for warmth on cool evenings.
