i am not opposed to the hard wire alarm system just po'd because there are so many other issues that need to be addressed

Yes, but I think you'll find some resistance to that location. The students, by and large, want to be much closer to campus.

Actually, the Temple News just ran a story on that exact situation. The house was in the 2200 block of North 12th and the students were forced out on the street.

You're more likely to encounter this situation in the Yorktown area. The neighbors hate the students and want to maintain the residential character of the area. I understand some landlords have been run out of there.

my location was not in yorktown and i dont want to say where but they are temple students and i think it is a new enforcement i was under the impression that you could have three or four unrelated individuals

Default YONO Attracting Some Temple Students

YONO--the old York House North on the 5300 Block of Old York Road--has been targeting Temple students for the best couple of years with better than average apartments and amenities in a more middle class African-American neighborhood.

It's the only housing seeking Temple students in my legislative district, and I would welcome feedback from anyone with experience there as to how well its bus system works and how good a deal it is for Temple students.
