Look things are a lot better in WOL than they have been in years. It's a start. There are more improvements planned and Evans can take a lot of the credit and be proud of what has been accomplished. The school problem is city wide and as far as crime, the residents of WOL can have a great impact on that by not tolerating thugs. I think that is the case there. There was hardly any sympathy for the thugs who got theirs when they tried to rob that restaurant.

This is true. The same goes for students who I spoke to personally. Their point of view on it was "good for the store owner"
