I am currently a writer/ actor that wants to open a motion picture studio
in North Philly. I also want to open a movie theater as well. It's gonna take me some time as i need to get the collateral together. I want to
rehabilitate and revitalize North Philly. I was raised in Olney, in case your wondering my motivations for this. I wanna give back to my city.

Thanks for the link tudor. I envision North Philly as a hub of the arts as well as a hub for entreprenuership. I am currently getting an education and writing a book. My book is titled Willow Grove and its about growing up as a teenager in the nineties.All of my books take place in Philly.
Anyway, I believe North Philly can be revitalized and rehabed if there is cooperation between the universities, business, the city government and
its residents.

The name of my company is Dynasty Entertainment Films,LLC.
I want to locate it at 5th street and Hunting Park.

I was involved in the conversion of an old smelting plant, into offices, back in 1980 up around that area.

I'd think there's probably lots of old buildings left that one can get a bargain on.
