I just found out today they are squared away with the historical society, and "are working on construction drawings like crazy."

Great news! Does anyone have any updates on the relocation of the Ridge Avenue Center? We heard from our neighbor that the building was bought by the same group that's developing the Divine Lorraine & surrounding area but would like some confirmation on that.

I haven't heard anything about Lorraine Land purchasing 1362 Ridge Ave, and judging from what I know about their plans for the Lorraine and the surrounding areas, it doesn't seem very likely they would.

I do know that the Ridge Avenue shelter is supposed to move to a building at Broad and Poplar. I don't know what they are waiting for, probably for that building to be ready.
