Yes, because only yuppies have a problem with smoke....

I can deal with the smoke if we can figure out a way to enforce a gun ban in public establishments.

So, a judge owns the property in which his wife runs a bar in which people sell drugs and shoot each other...what a mess...

Wow how can you turn something like this into a discussion about the smoking ban? This scumbag judge is keeping a bar open where people are getting shot because, apparently, he makes money off of t... A JUDGE!

Ok..sorry, yes, it's a serious issue. Thank the voters. I think you'd be amazed at some of the jerk offs that get elected to the bench.

Dave...Judge are almost untouchable. THey were all laywers at one popint so it's very difficult to "catch them"

And they are all boys...which basically means that unless the Inky wants to make a big deal about it...

That level of action is no joke. Only in Philadelphia. You know everybody thinks ljlong is crazy and in temperment she is - a little. But then you read something like this and you start wondering where that judge got his "street money" to get elected judge.
