Default ???? Questions ????

What does it say when those sworn to uphold the law refuse to answer questions about a rape charge?
Why is it a prosecutor is the only one allowed to present a case to the grand jury?
Why would a prosecutor refuse to let a rape victim get their day in court?
Why didn’t the Inquirer publish the prosecutor’s name?
Why didn’t the prosecutor arrest the rape victim for filing a false police report if the rape charge is bogus?
Are New Jersey State Troopers allowed to rape with impunity?

No way, no how, Nobama

If you are talking about the Troopers, when they become criminal suspects, they have the same constitutional rights against self incrimination as you and I and everyone else. You may not like it but everyone has those rights.

Why is it a prosecutor is the only one allowed to present a case to the grand jury?

Because it is the prosecutors job to prosecute. He/she makes that call, hopefully after much investigation.

Why would a prosecutor refuse to let a rape victim get their day in court?

Most likely the prosecutor does not believe that a criminal act occurred.

Why didn’t the Inquirer publish the prosecutor’s name?

Don't know. I am sure it is readily available.

Why didn’t the prosecutor arrest the rape victim for filing a false police report if the rape charge is bogus?

They don't want to set that precedent. They don't want women to worry about getting charged themsleves, if they try to report what they belive is an assault.

Are New Jersey State Troopers allowed to rape with impunity?

No, they are not. Apparently the investigation determinded that criminal charges could not or should not be drawn.

By the way, these are only my opinions. Also the troopers are still facing departmental charges.
