Thanks... I'll be booking my weekend for Sept 18-21, Irish Fall Festival very soon. I actually enjoy going down and NOT going crazy at the bars, this past year we stayed in the townhouse we rented all night Friday, went out a little saturday during the day on the boards, then nothing Saturday night, finally Later Sunday afternoon\night we hit some of the bars because they tend to be a little less crowded by then.

Agreed Hubba! SUnday during Irish Weekend is BY FAR the best time to go down to Old New Jersey Ave. Although even Sunday is becoming hectic. The Festival seems to be GROWING every year!! One problem is less bars to go into, with Moore's no longer around.

Car show this past weekend was a little disappointing, mostly due to the weather. If anyone is down the 2nd weekend of July, I recommend the Angelsea Blues/BBQ Festival.
