Thanks for sharing.

Good eye on spotting those tents!

I hadn't been to Wildwood in years so I thought it was a new thing that they let people camp on the beach.....

I asked a policeman and he told me that you are not allowed to camp on the beach. That it was a Christian Group that had some special event going on in WW.

Damn Christian's are having all the fun!

Excellent shots. Thank you. I, too, particularly love the ferris wheel pictures.

Old fogie that I am, I'm feeling the opposite of Jilly; I would much rather experience the Wildwood Boardwalk by way of photos and am really glad not to be there in person and have to deal with the noise and the crowds.

I had a flashback to the early days of going to WW and getting into trouble on the beach after hours...imagine if we were allowed tents? Whew. For a teen, thats as baller as a manhattan penthouse

I remember a parentless house as a vacation and a Wildwood motel room as the closest thing to heaven a Philly teen would see..

so..you girls wanna meet up later? How about at Gateway 26...

I'm with zur.

Wildwood in the early to mid 90's was just about as close to heaven as you could get. I'd stay down the entire month if August with a buddy who's mom let us use their house. Two teenagers, a fridge full of beer, and season passes to the water parks and piers while hitting on every female we met made for some great summer memories.

It's a fact, 8 out of every 10 girls I met in Wildwood went to either St Hubert's or Goretti. The rest were from Canada or the UK.

Great pics.

Talking

WW was our spot in the early 70's and those first few pictures are exactly how I remember it, of course I was tripping then.
