Get out. My BFF4 whatever the kids write. My girfriend from childhood has her dad's place for like forty years I guess he had it.

Taylor Pork Roll. That's all I can say. I'll have to PM you the exact addy when I get it off her today. I only know how to get to it by sight. Third Street I think. Pretty sure.

Default The Shore

For families, Ocean City is the best. It's a dry town (no bars) and it's the quietiest if that's what your into. Wildwood is great because of the boardwalk but it's also known as "Childwood" because of all the underage parties and drinking. North Wildwood is where most of the clubs are and there's drinking at the Wildwood bars until 3am so needless to say, it's party all night. Wildwood Crest is on the otherside and it's mostly families there and loud noise isn't tolerated. If you do choose Wildwood, make sure you take the 15 minute ride to Cape May. It's so beautiful and there are great restaurants too. Cape May Point has the most beautiful sunsets ever and people come from all over to watch it. If you have teenage kids who surf, take them to "The Cove" which is at the end of Beach Ave in Cape May. All the kids surf and hangout at the Pavillion. The waves aren't the greatest. But there are always kids hanging out there socializing. It's a known spot among the teenage locals. IF you choose Wildwood, be prepared to walk a mile from the boardwalk to the beach. Wildwood beaches are free, but I don't like them at all. They are too far and the other choices are nicer. Good luck!

Talking Ya Forgot

LONGPORT. Had a boyfriend and his pals stay for the summer on top of the Longport Inn.

Now there were some memories just not exactly in Margate.

I dunno I'd say that Cape May works for adults too. Too many fine restaurants/ tours to call it only a kid place.

My family has a house in Cape May Point. L-O-V-E that town. Talk about a true vacation. No commercial businesses whatever except one little country store, small, but usually quite nice beaches. A short 5 minute drive to Cape May City if you feel the need to shop, dine out, etc or a 15 min drive to Wildwood if you want to hit the boardwalk. We spend every other weekend there in the summer.

Default Went to OC!

Hi thanks for all the posts, it helped me decide where to head first for the weekend, now I think we're going to try Wildwood or Cape May? OC, NJ is really great for kids, my toddler had a blast! The beach isnt too crowded this weekend and there are too many stuff to do for kids at the boardwalk.
