Here is a graph of the teen pregnancy over time, and here is the data in spreadsheet format. The teen pregnancy rate for the 15-17 year old age group (which they mention in the article) was the highest in 2006 that it had been since... gasp.... 2004. The overall rate was the highest since 2002.
