Thumbs up Montana Governor To Michael Chertoff: Shove It

Did Michael Chertoff star in "Philadelphia" ? Anyways, Corruptadelphia's very own Skeletor Michael Chertoff has been told to shove it by Democrat, Original Obama-Supporter, Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer in a feud taking place all year. It is a major embarrassment for the Federal Government, and a sign of their crumbling influence as more and more people and states tell them to buzz off.

...Schweitzer then issued a challenge to other governors to do the same thing. And many are joining him. Secretary Chertoff countered by saying states which are resisting Real ID need to “grow up.” He then threatened that any state not complying would find their citizens barred from boarding airplanes and essentially shut out of society, unable to get access to government services.

But as the states’ rebellion grew, Secretary Chertoff called Gov. Schweitzer and attempted to bully him into backing down.
In that phone conversation, as Chertoff repeated his threats that Montana residents would be banned from airplanes - or at least made subjects of severe scrutiny and pat-downs at airports - the Governor said to Chertoff, “how about we both go on 60 Minutes a few days after the DHS starts patting down Montana driver’s license-holders who are trying to get on the planes and both of us can tell our side of the story.”

Chertoff paused, then said, “I see the problem. We need to get this fixed.” Whereupon the Department of Homeland Security issued a waiver to the State of Montana extending its time to comply to Real ID. The governor didn’t want it, won’t accept it and still won’t comply. Instead, he said, “I stared down DHS and they blinked.”

Real ID and Montana

..Quote of the Day:..

"Do you want our government to have the ability to track where you went, how you went, how you got there and when you got home? It would be naïve for someone to think this information will not be abused in the future. Virtually every decade these kinds of files have been used to violate people's privacy.."

– Brian Schweitzer, Governor of Montana

Subject: Chertoff threatens governor, governor threatens Chertoff

We knew that the state of Montana was resisting the REAL ID Act, but we just learned some of the details of that resistance. The story is so good we had to share it, in case you hadn't heard . . ..

Brian Schweitzer, the governor of Montana, wrote a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff. The letter informed Chertoff that Montana would not be complying with the REAL ID Act. Our quote of the day supplies one of the reasons for Governor Schweitzer's rebellion. In response to the letter . . ..

Secretary Chertoff called Governor Schweitzer and threatened him. Chertoff told Schweitzer that Montana residents would be banned from airplanes, or subjected to severe, time-consuming inspections at airports..

The Governor countered with his own threat, "How about we both go on 60 Minutes a few days after the DHS starts patting down Montana driver's license-holders who are trying to get on the planes and both of us can tell our side of the story.."

Chertoff didn't like that suggestion. He said, "I see the problem. We
need to get this fixed.."

Earlier this year, the Montana Secretary of State issued a statement highlighting the contract Montana entered into the Union with, in which Montana is guaranteed the right to keep and bear arms. This is in response to the pending gun control case of Heller v. D.C. Montana has the nation's largest reserves of coal, estimated at 120 billion tons. This is hardly a state D.C. needs to be upsetting since they garner high priority in the 21st century.

Recently, officials in Oklahoma offered a resolution highlighting their state's rights under the 10th amendment. The 10th amendment is what was invoked when many states began leaving the Union leading up to the War Between The States. Because the constitution doesn't specifically say that states can't leave the union, it is a right assumed under the 10th amendment.

Oklahoma wants an end to federal mandates. They also want an end to federal tyranny. They demand a return of Oklahoman sovereignty guaranteed by the constitution. Oklahoma has essentially asked the federal government to cease and desist in their affairs.

Oklahoma is home to the 6th largest oil reserves in the U.S. Their reserves total an estimated 569 million barrels. In the 21st century, Oklahoma garners high priority because of their natural wealth.

Oklahoma and Montana should be commended for being leaders in the 21st century. In a century greatly lacking such, these states acting on principle are standing up and saying enough is enough. As the very basics of preserving liberalism, as guaranteed in our constitution, are threatened, these states are taking the lead role in returning our nation to the greatness it once enjoyed by standing up for the very liberal principles this country was founded on. It was a country free to live and be unique, a country free from centralized control and the high taxation of a theocratic dictatorship.

Many might call them conservatives, but it's those conservatives willing to defend the rights that guarantee liberalism forever that make them champions. Hopefully, Washington D.C. will start doing the right thing. For the sake of the Union, such instances as witnessed out of Montana and Oklahoma recently won't be necessary in the future as Washington D.C. decides to be American again.
I am starting to think you're just a troll, or exceptionally stupid.

Why is that? Because I don't subscribe to the totalitarian thought demanded by America's monarchs? Those monarchs and their surrogates of certain families like the Rockefellers? These are the leading people of our time, who have names of cavemen? What is up with Astor? I mean we know the tawdry background of the founding father of that family, but seriously, why would someone name themself A**-tore? And Russel, Bundy, Collins, Freeman, Van Duyn, or Onassis, what is up with these names. I mean Onassis sounds like a cough medicine, and Freeman sure did take a lot of intellect to think of. The poor DuPonts who have to put up with baboon sounding people. Then you have the Rothschild, I don't know about you, but it sounds like a juvenile disease. Warburg sounds like a cancerous growth. And of course the Kennedys, who to the illiterate would think the name sounded like Kan-e-dye (not soon enough).

I know, my constitutional freedoms are foreign to you. You've been educated by the so-called enlightened people, but I'm starting to ask what is supposedly enlightened about them. All the bad stuff we're taught about history, old monarchs, religion, old Europe, and the sort I'm beginning to think are purposeful lies. I mean while we see who controls society that remains poverty-stricken, all I see are religions feeding the poor, running charities, and helping single mothers. I mean we know who actually does sell indulgences, I mean pardons, through their White House. We know who has stolen ideas and science, while oppressing the starving artists through manipulated systems such as SAGs, talent agencies, and record labels.

From what appears to at least be true, people were free enough back in the day to the travel the seas and explore, without travel papers or passports. In all the fiction that has been told, you still don't really read anything about the persecution of homosexual activity or nymphomaniacs while constantly being reminded of a decent, civil square. I don't think we'll ever really know the truth because of agenda-based history lessons that has smeared history.

So we should take what we know is empirical and shape history around that. We know who has presided over the most dangerous society in the history of mankind that has produced millions of murders. We know who are trying to and have stripped freedoms and liberty, whether it's speech or self-defense rights. We know who have butchered hundreds of millions of Europeans during war-time. We know who have waged wars across the globe, harming other people of the world, and we know who have created mass slavery of other people.

We know who have given Europeans the highest taxes in the history of mankind. We know who have enslaved Europeans through the biggest slave operation in history called bureaucracy. We know who presided over the biggest proliferation of disease in history. We know who have allowed European lands to be invaded and destroyed.

We know who have stripped the people and lower classes of their right to property ownership through their courts. We know who forced the people and lower classes to fight in their wars to die by the thousands, and millions. We know who has created the largest prison system in the history of mankind, where even words can get you there for years. We know who throws people in these prison over their unconscionable taxes. We know who has attacked and bombed innocent citizens of their own state.

We know who oppresses the individual states of their nations and won't let them use their resources and flourish with their own wealth. We know who have sent 50 million innocent babies to their death. We know who have presided over a declining society and population. We know who have created henchman and put them on every corner of society. We know who have poisoned our water and food supplies.

We know who have miseducated the children and presided over the biggest failing student population in history. We know who has controlled the universities and colleges and robbed students with frivolous expenses and failed them for having contrary thoughts. We know who has spied on the population since the 20th century, read their mailed, tapped their computers and phones, and violated every civil right known to mankind. We know who have framed innocent people, and slandered heroes. We know who has proliferated propaganda and lied to the masses through our own airwaves.

I'm sure there are many other grievances that have slipped my mind, but on the subject of exceptionally stupid, I agree that something is. I think it's called the darkest ages in the history of mankind that have occurred the last couple centuries. I'm thrilled that your mind at least registers the thought, exceptionally stupid.
