Becky, it doesn't matter who wrote it...the Democrats and the Republicans are paid by the same boys...capice?...Bush signed it right?...As with almost all legislation passed in the past 8 years, this law was not designed with the interests of the American people in mind...they are all paid...Just like the Democrats claimed to be 'against the Iraq war' in the last election; if so, then why the overwhelming majority of the incumbent Democrats who were re-elected vote YES for every funding bill for the war?...We don't need anymore laws
written, or imposed on us by this group of grifters and imbeciles...Peace.
