You have to wonder about something that stupid.
I just wonder if something like this is a set up or, even better, a stupid joke. Would anyone really think that their children would be taken away. I have to think that we are getting too angry, to caught up. A bit of paranoia is fine - it probably makes the day more interesting - but it just seems to me that some folks are getting a bit jiggy on this.

Looked fake to me but this guy from the Sierra Club vouches for it.
http://www.sierraclubvotes.org/johnbarry/102904/ The way it's written... I really don't know what to make of it.

Did anyone have any comments on the local last minute bid by the national GOP to move 59 polling places (all in minorty neighborhoods) here in Philly for various reasons but mostly because they were not handicapped accesable. The bid was ruled out because it was submitted too late. Interestingly, the local GOP wouldn't touch it because, among other things, there are something over 200 polling places in the city that are not handicapped accesable and the whole thing was just too came off in their opinion as way too fishy.

There was some discussion on another thread, with Rob defending it as a proper move
.But, I'm not sure I would blame it on the RNC. I think it was just some local folks (part of, but not all of, the City Republican Commitee).
