Hmmm, the briefcases could come from animals that died naturally, or even from humans. The Mutter has examples of human skin products from people who died naturally and wanted their skin used for things like book covers.

Well, if by subtle humor you mean writing about how great dogs tastes after torturing them, no - that type of "subtle humor" is not in my skillset. I've graduated from poop and pee jokes as well. But I do appreciate some of Tannhauser's humor - as in the dog fighting thread and others - and have said so.
