I nominate this for most partisan post of the year. Unless of course you point out the times you posted about Republicans getting accuse for things and not charged. Hell, point out the times you posted about them getting indicted.

The news reports say the cop said he appeared to be intoxicated. He was staggering and confused. Nothing about odor, or a sobriety test. Quite possibly he hit his head.

There's nothing but speculation, but I guess that's enough, right?

It was 3 AM and he told the cops he was late for a vote.

I agree that it's ironic. And I'm no big Kennedy fan. I just get tired of all the baseless accusation from all sides. Sorry, I focused on that rather than the "joke" of the situation. And I retract the nomination. There are definitely much more deserving posts from other posters.
