Wealth Redist, goes on all the time in this nation. And belive it or not, FDR was an architect of some of those wealth redist systems. I did'nt know much about FDR untill I started looking into the history of child support. I was dismayed to find he had alot to do with wealth redist programs, and was an ardent fan of, Antonio Gramsci.
