Standing Playdate - Wissahickon Parents
Okay, not a playdate for the moms (although it's a nice social hour!), but for the kiddies.
A group of us have a standing play date at La Noce Park on Wednesday mornings at 10am. The youngest (so far) is almost one year old and the oldest is just over five years old, but that's just to give you an idea of who's showing up and not to limit the age in any way. We've had between five and ten kids each week. Come meet other moms in the area! And bring a snack to share (if you remember). For more info, you can post or send me a PM. Last week's event was super, we had a dad come (the week before, a granddad came) so I am changing the name of the post. How very un-progressive of me, sorry!

Hey guys, bumping this thread for the benefit of the new parents to the area.
Our play group at LaNoce Park has been well attended each week... With lots of grandparents, nannies and moms and dads. If you're looking for a place to hang out with your kids on a Wednesday morning, head over to LaNoce Park (Ridge/Rochelle/Kalos) about 10am. Toddler swings, big kid swings, slide, teeter totters available to play on. Plus Katie and Sam always find something interesting to do. And, we always have snacks! Come join us. And dogs on leash are welcome, too!

Change of date
To accommodate as many parents as possible, we've changed the date to Tuesdays. So, pencil us in for Tuesdays at 10am, LaNoce Park (Kalos/Rochelle/Osborn). Kiddies of all ages welcome (so long as their parents are well-behaved!) and so are dogs on leash!
