I live in East Falls and need lots of work done in my house.

I need to replace the kitchen faucet and maybe even the sink as well. The light switch in the bathroom doesn't turn the lights on. I'd like deadbolt locks installed on my front door and back door. I have a small patch of dirt (approx. 12' x 3') that needs to be cemented over.

Unfortunately, I DON'T have a lot of money, so some of these projects may have to be postponed.

The most pressing is getting the kitchen sink faucet replaced and getting the bathroom light working.

Anyone know someone who does this kind of work reasonably with a "no job too small" philosophy?
