I vote for Roxborough!

I really appreciate all the feedback! I think the best idea is for me to expand my search to include glenside, roxborough, mt. airy, east falls & maybe art museum - keep it coming! thank you!

As it happens, I had to relocate from Philly to Houston for work, and I currently have my house on the market in Manayunk.
It is on a main artery, so no worries about getting snowed in, and it is a short walk to the R6 train.
