Just because they work at a more upscale salon doesn't mean that they are any better! David & Kris at L'Salon are excellent stylists! So whether you go once a month or once every three months you still are paying alot less than some other places. What since you goto an upscale salon and pay alot of money you can't get a bad hair cut??

I think that there are great and crappy stylists in every type of salon. Generally an upscale salon tends to have more training, better products and better tools. I prefer a salon which is mid-range. You won't break the bank going there, and they have talented, yet down-to-earth people. I just happen to have been to a large number of salons in Philadelphia as I've worked as a salon product distributor. I'm also a hair stylist and I've seen Carmen and Baritza's work, and their finished results are outstanding.
