yeah, i meant Bucks County on Main St. its a hassle to walk 30 minutes in the AM when i'm working from home. i usually dont have a car when i'm doing that.

So who owns the mia's pizza building? The owner of the laundry? I've thought that it would be a cool spot for a cafe and was thinking of persuing it a little. The little stone building would be a cool little spot as well.

Boswell, if you can make that spot a cafe, I'll personally give you a big ol' kiss.

Many folks have tried to acquire that building. I tried to buy or rent it years ago - and no matter how many signs you see on the building, it isn't really for sale. The owner's son lives in the first floor and it is horrendous inside.

I know he's been cited and gone to L&I over the state of that property. At one time (and yes, I have seen it personally), there was open sewage on the first floor.
