I am posting because I just met a guy in the dog park who told me about a great run here in roxborough (where in my opinion we have access to the best runs in the city)

If you go straight up roxborough ave, over henry and into the golf course you can find a path in the woods that leads right down into wissahickon trail. GREAT RUN! hills, scenery, somewhat secluded. Perfect!

They are a very active group and run many different routes.

Down Summit Avenue to the path the leads to the Creek.

I'm not a hardcore runner, but when I run I run down ridge from leverington all the way down to the movie theater. From there go down the tow path all the way to leverington and back up to ridge. It is only 4 miles, but the hills at the end murder you.
