Default conshohocken restaurant?

Not Mnyk/Rox/EF, but can't find similar thread anywhere on PhillyBlog...

Husband and I headed out tonight, thought we'd check out Conshohocken (only drove through once when we got lost avoiding 76-traffic)....any suggestions for a place to eat? Nothing Italian (had pasta last night) and nothing too fancy or expensive, something with some atmosphere and some interesting food.

Thanks!

Gypsy Saloon. Lobster mac and cheese is the best around and Kim the owner is a sweetheart.

I recommend Spamps. I also frequent Baggataways, The Boathouse and Great American Pub.

Coyote Crossing (mexican) on 8th St. is lovely in this weather to sit outside and have an extra long dinner.

Just thought of another one!

Coyote Crossing would be nice tonight. You can sit out on the patio.

Default Gypsy Saloon and Stella Blu

I like Gypsy Saloon as well. I've also heard great things about their sister restaurant Stella Blu.

Blackfish is pretty darn good. Not totally casual, though.

There was a time when you could walk into Blackfish and get a table - now you definitely need to make a reservation.
