Its not the people but the living environment that they are in, like condos and gated communities sometimes keeps you away from socializing.

Yes, the front porch is where you meet people face to face. Professor Dave is also correct with joining clubs, but the condo structure itself is sterile. Those town homes on Parker & Umbria St. area bland with no character.
