did feastivities every buck up to repair the car their employee damaged?

I saw a Feastivities truck just like the one in the photo last Thursday (May 29) at Liberty Gas on Umbria. about 3 pm The driver could not drive well enough to pull up to the pump and he kept driving around the pumps and in the lot trying to get into position. The guys pumping gas were cracking up. They were trying to give him directions but he didn't seem to understand. So maybe he's both a lousy driver as well as someone who doesn't speak English.

What time of day did this happen? It doesn't seem like very often when there's no one in front of Sam's that would have seen the driver.

Hit and run [without causing injury] is now considered a felony in PA.
I was a victim to a hit and run on Kelly Drive about 18 months ago. Another driver got the license plate number of the runner. Not only did his insurance pay me but the driver was arrested and charged with a 3rd degree felony. Charge was dropped after a 3rd court date was postponed ["officer was ill" x2].
