Anyone know what is being built next to Pitchers Pub? There is no zoning or work permits of liscence notice to expand posted but there are all sorts of contractors and building materials and demolution debris coming and going at all hours of the day and night. This looks to be a lot more that fixing the roof.
Are they breaking through the adjacent walls to expand?
