Default Ridge and Seville?

How is the area around ridge and seville? Safe, parking, noise, etc.

May be moving there sometime soon.

The area is ok, I actually grew up not too far from there.. Depending on how close you are to Ridge it may not be all that quiet.

Default Ridge and Seville?

I think it is a great area. Very friendly neighborhood. Neighbors are always out chatting or walking their dogs. There is no crime - with the exception of the occassional loud party. The traffic on ridge can be a little noisy if you are right on Ridge ave but you can't hear it too mush as you move down Seville Street a bit. Parking isn't horrible but can be frustrating on some days depending on which side of Seville. I have never had to walk more than a block for parking, but the spots right outside your house might not always be available. Hope this helps.

I lived there about 12 years ago. I wasn't that far from Ridge Ave. It was much quieter than where I'm at now & the neighbors were friendlier. The best part of living there was that we were close to the Custard Stand. On a warm summer night we'd walk over to get some ice cream to cool off.
