Another young life lost. Rather than point the finger and rant at "those people,"... take your pick from college students, pedestrians, taxi/limo/truck drivers, other drivers,police and other city officials, plus any other random person who ticks you off. I would like to suggest that most of us could make changes to our behavior that could reduce the number of such accidents. Walkers-wear light clothing, cross at the light when it is your turn after looking both ways. Drivers-slow down to the posted speed limit and stay alert and focused on your driving-no snacking, cell phones, etc. We could all stand to spend a few more minutes getting to our destination versus wasting a life. Think about it.
