this rumor has been floating around for awhile (since the site became available)
I know for sure they were looking at the old turner funeral home site (they were courted by the RDC and Chris Sea's with plenty of faxes and petitions to corporate) maybe because turner fell through (to a bank and starbucks! instead), they are looking at other local sites where did you hear this? |

Until they do, I'll still shop at the one downtown on Market Street. But we should let our voice be heard, send them a message to consider our neck of the woods. http://www.traderjoes.com/contact_us.html. What's the harm?

You see, I heard there was Target, Trader Joes, Barnes and Noble, La Colombe combo store opening in that space. Not true??
Oh wait, I just made that up. But I wonder how many people just got "excited" in the adult way when they just read that! (and sweeeet burn, btw. zinger! ) Last edited by 19038 : 09-04-2007 at 11:38 PM. |

So do a lot of other posters, but there's no news to report on this topic, as far as I know, except that people are still engaging in wishful thinking.
