Try H&R, about 1/2 mile behind Lowes off Chemical Rd in Plymouth Meeting, 1822 Gallagher Rd. They are a commercial nursery but will sell a few plants for cash. Good luck.

Try The Blue Tree in East Norriton. Little expensive but they'll find anything for you.

Ugh...I'm not a big fan of locust trees. We have scads of them in my development (I think they were here before our houses were built), and while they offer lots of shade, they also grow very tall, with a shallow root system. Every summer, one or more of these trees comes crashing down....usually after a storm.

Several years ago, one of them came down and squished the shed in our backyard. Ironically, the same thing happened to a neighbor a few weeks later. I'll take a Norway maple over a locust tree any day.

We recently used McFarland's Tree Service in Mt Airy to remove one, prune two and plant one (cherry). Did a great job at a fair price. Not sure if they'll sell one without planting it, but it's worth a shot
