Does anyone know of a good pest control/termite guy in the east falls area. It looks like we may have some carpenter ants and I need to get someone in to look at the problem.

We use Joe tinneny. He is primarily in the roxborough area. It cost 85 for him to come out and inspect. He found termites, and did come back to clean them out. His service is guaranteed for a year.

I don't have his contact information handy, but you should be able to find it by looking him up.

I had a bad carpenter ant problem in my home. I didn't get a pro out to get rid of them. I bought this stuff called Advance Carpenter Ant Bait ($20) and sprinkled it around the house in the affected area EVERY FEW DAYS when they were active. Got rid of the problem. Stuff works well but you got to sprinkle it very frequently, contrary to the directions.
