I think you can see more than enough 20-something hotties just by sitting in Rittenhouse Square on a nice day.
Heck if you have to have the waitress vibe, go to Rouge or Devon or the Continental or any of the other upscale eateries around the Square for your eye candy. It would be uber weird (and creepy) to say to someone their secret admirer says hi. Especially if you don't know who the admirer is personally.

Middle aged married guy here, trying to lighten things up.
"Creepy" is when some middle aged married guy tries to "chat up" a college-aged girl. The secret admirer thing was a JOKE.  Chicks with piercings can be pretty. And to the feminists, I was trying not to rile you up. My description was rather respectful. I held back on saying something like "yew oughtta see the piece of ass" working there. Like I said, for those of you who like pretty things...

I happen to eat there and know the young lady you are talking about. I can tell you this: she does not appreciate it when guys old enough to be her father hit on her. That's straight from her mouth.
The piercing is in no way flashy, creepy, or disgusting. It's actually "tasteful", if that's the word I'm looking for.
